If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

• All original accessories, tags, dust bags, authentication cards (if applicable) must be included.

Because our items are pre-owned, minor wear or signs of use are normal and are clearly described prior to purchase. Items with wear consistent with the listing description are not eligible for return based on condition disagreements.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, altered, used, or damaged after delivery

• Items missing included authentication documents or accessories

• Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrectly described.

We strongly recommend shipping returns using a tracked and insured method, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Original outward shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was incorrectly listed.
